Paid parking space is available in the courtyard.

This cozy 2-room apartment offers excellent views of the Fontanka River as the flat is located on the 2nd floor of a 5-storey building just a 5-minute walk from Nevsky Prospect in the area, whose leafy embankments and residential character give it a genteel atmosphere and make for pleasant evening walks. The apartments consists of a spacious bedroom (26 sq.m.) and a sitting room (24 sq.m.) cozily furnished with a double bed, foldout sofas, armchairs, a stereo system, a TV-set, VHS and a piano. The kitchen (12 sq.m.) is equipped with a gas cooker, a refrigerator and a washing machine. In the bathroom there is a bath, a washbasin and a toilet. A spacey 72 sq.m. apartment is located in an exclusive city centre location, within a minute's walk from Nevsky Prospect and just 2 minutes from Palace Square and the Hermitage.

The fully fitted apartment has been renovated to a very high standard, making it suitable for either the tourist or executive businessman.

The 3-room apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, lounge, fully fitted kitchen (including washing machine and dishwasher) and bathroom with both shower cubicle and Jacuzzi. There is a TV set (including satellite TV, video), a stereo, telephone connection, Int. connection according to the request.

There is a controlled access system to the premises and secure off-street parking.

Accomodation in a small guesthouse, located on the Admiralty Embankment on the banks of the River Neva; just a few minutes walk from the Hermitage, St. Isaac`s Cathedral and Nevsky Prospect. There are several museums just across Palace Bridge, and the Peter and Paul Fortress is within easy walking distance.It`s 5 min. walk from our office as well. There are cafes, restaurants close by and even a sailing boat converted to a restaurant moored on the embankment.

The mini hotel offers comfortable rooms with private conveniences (shower, toilet, and washbasin). In each room there is a TV, satellite, safe, fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities (mini-kitchen).
