Our local agency is made up of several people (see images below):

Natasha, your Russian personal adviser and coach, with her 8 years experience in relations and East-West serious meetings, it is the real "heart" of your stay. She will listen to you; answer your questions during all the duration of your stay, being at the same time always in direct relation with us, which allows us to follow very closely the course of your meetings. It is also Natasha who, when you are back in France, will be able to help you to invite the woman you like to come to visit you in France and she will be able to advise you for the organization of this event and the necessary formalities.

Julia, the Travel Coordinator, on your request and together with you and Natasha, will deal with the preparation of your tourist and cultural program (it is obviously optional, but that would enable you to visit this splendid city with a guide, to discover its richness and beauty, and all that at an accessible price).

Natalia, your French interpreter will accompany you during your first meetings and will be able - if you want - to accompany you during and throughout your stay, (this is on request and with an additional charge).

The driver: he will drive you from the airport to the hotel the day of your arrival. He will also be at your disposal for an interesting price - to be asked when you are in St-Petersburg -, should you need him during your travel.

Moreover, at certain dates, one of our French advisers will go to Sankt-Petersburg and will be also present during the meetings - if you are there also on these dates, you will have a double assistance. Thus you will profit directly from our two experiences (Russian and French) in French-Russian relations!
